GAIAOSE S.A. manages OSE’s (Greek Train Organization) real estate according to Law 3891/10 as amended by Article 44 (1) of Law 4313/201 and offers a long-term lease of at least 15 years with the possibility of extending the lease another 15 years, 35 metallic general-purpose wagons and special type Gbs with numbers and at locations as listed in Annex 1.
Offers of interest can be sent to GAIAOSE (301 Liosion Ave., Athens, P.C. 10445), in closed sealed envelopes until Tuesday 27 November 2018 at 14:00. The envelope must be sealed and marked externally as Offer for the leasing of 35 vehicles in the region of Thessaly. The envelope must indicate the offering monthly rent according to Annex 2 and a letter of guarantee according to Annex 3. In addition, a solemn declaration should be included, stating that the interested party has become aware of the conditions of the vehicles’ delivery place and in the event of his resignation the guarantee will be forfeited.
The financial offer must state the details of the interested party and the offering annual rent. Interested parties will bid for each vehicle separately and for as many vehicles as they want by filling out the form in Annex 2. The evaluation will be made for each individual vehicle according to the highest offer.
It should be noted that the interested parties will be economically responsible the transport cost procedure to the delivery points according to Annex 1, as well as their placement. The weight of each vehicle is about 14,55 tons and the dimensions are 14,02 m long x 2,68 m width X 4,00 m height.
The starting price of the auction is set at EUR 600 per year for each vehicle for the first two years of the lease (Period 1 – P1) and EUR 800 per year for the following years of the lease (Period 2 – P2). The bidder for each vehicle will selected according to the following formula:
L = (2 x P1) + (13 x P2)
where,
(a) P1 = offering rent per year for the first two years,
(b) P2 = offering rent per year for the next thirteen years, i.e. from the third to the fifteenth
The most advantageous offer is the one that will indicate the maximum L in the formula above.
The competition fee is up to 1000 € in a letter of guarantee or in a deposit receipt in the company’s account number IBAN GR9001404320432002002003602 at ALPHA BANK. During the contract signing procedure, the necessary legal documents will be requested..
The sealed enveloped opening of the bids will take place from a GAIAOSE committee on Tuesday, 27 November 2018 at 14:30.
