Public tender for the lease of a building (area: 43,3 sq.m.) and an area (approximately 20 sq.m.) at the train station of Volos, Magnisia for catering establishments.
GAIAOSE S.A. manages OSE’s (Greek Train Organization) real estate according to law 3891/10 and thus, is renting a building (total area 43.3 sq.m.) with building code 06052929, as well as an area (20 sq.m.) with geocode 060529 at Volos train station according to the company’s GIS system.
Offers of interest can be sent to GAIAOSE (301 Liosion Ave., Athens, P.C. 10445), in closed sealed envelopes until 21 July 2019 at 14:00. The envelope must be sealed and marked externally as “Offer for the lease of a building and an area at the train station of Volos, Magnisia for catering establishments”. The envelope must indicate the personal details of the candidate tenant and the offering monthly rent. In addition, a guarantee fee (1.200 €) should be deposited in company’s account number 661 / 470026-05 and IBAN GR3101106610000066147002605 at the National Bank of Greece.
The minimum rent offered is set to one thousand and two hundred (500.00 €) euro.
Lease duration: 12 years from the start of the lease.
The sealed envelope opening will be publicly held by the GAIAOSE committee on Wednesday 12 April 2019 at 14:30.
