Open Tender process
«PROVISION OF ACCOUNTING SUPPORT AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES IN GAIAOSE S.A.”
GAIAOSE SA announces, according to decision 276 / A5 / 06-06-2019 of the Board of Directors, the Open Tender process for the “Provision of Accounting Support Services and Financial Management in GAIAOSE SA”
The contract duration is set for a period of three (3) years from the signing of the contract and may be extended by 50% upon parties’ agreement.
The estimated value of the contract amounts to € 372,000.00 including VAT 24% (budget excluding VAT: € 300,000.00). The estimated value of the contract including the right to extend the contract by 50% amounts to € 558,000.00, including 24% VAT (budget excluding VAT: 450,000.00 €)
The contract will be awarded at the most economically advantageous tender offer. The Contractor that will result from the Contest will undertake the provision of accounting services and financial management of the company and in particular:
- Accounting office
- Taxation
- Labor issues
- Financial management
The closing date for submission of bids is July 12, 2019, Friday at 14:00.
The contract documents are available for free and online access via the ESIDIS website www.promitheus.gov.gr. and on www.gaiaose.gr.
Enquiries about the contract award procedure, as well as information exchanges and electronic submission of tenders, are carried out via the platform of the National Electronic Public Procurement System (ESIDIS) through the web portal www. promitheus.gov.gr.
