Offers of interest can be sent to GAIAOSE (301 Liosion Ave., Athens, P.C. 10445), in closed sealed envelopes until Tuesday 13 November 2018 at 14:00. The envelope must be sealed and marked externally as Offer for a building Dorion train station. The envelope must indicate the personal details of the candidate tenant and the offering monthly rent. The competition fee is up to 300 € and a letter of guarantee or a deposit receipt in company’s account number 661 / 470026-05 (IBAN GR3101106610000066147002605 ) at the National Bank of Greece should be included. The sealed envelope opening will be publicly held by the GAIAOSE committee on Tuesday 13 November 2018 at 14:30.
